Fundacija Poti miru v Posočju skrbi za dediščino soške fronte, ki je ostala v naravi v občinah Bovec, Kobarid in Tolmin. Na avtentičnih lokacijah nekdanjih frontnih črt je uredila muzeje na prostem in jih skupaj z drugimi lepotami in znamenitostmi povezala v 100km dolgo Pot miru. Sedež je v Kobaridu, zraven Kobariškega muzeja, kjer je tudi Informacijski center Poti miru z interaktivno razstavo ter vodniškim centrom.
V sodelovanju z drugimi slovenskimi in italijanskimi partnerji ureja Pot miru od Alp do Jadrana. S turističnimi, kulturnimi in drugimi vsebinami bi povezala nekdaj ločeno območje, ljudem in institucijam pa ponudila nove turistične in druge priložnosti.
