Namen tega turističnega paketa je promocija in prodaja slovenskega turizma, združena v enem samem turističnem proizvodu. Slovenija bi se prodajala v svetu kot celota. S tem paketom bi dosegli tudi podaljšano povprečno dobo bivanja turistov v Sloveniji in s tem tudi večjo prepoznavnost Slovenije v svetu. Paket bi se prodajal v celoti in bi zahteval tudi sodelovanje in povezovanje vseh turističnih ponudnikov in ostalih deležnikov v tej ponudbi. Program je opisan spodaj v nadaljnem besedilu in je okviren ter ga je možno prilagajati glede na povpraševanje in določen segment - tako bi se določil tudi znesek, ki bi ga bilo potrebno plačati za potovanje po Sloveniji.
